BETHESDA, Md. (June 30, 2016) — Clara Pegoda of Dipaco Inc. will represent the Young Auto Care Network Group (YANG) of the Auto Care Association at the University of the Aftermarket's 2016-2017 Leadership 2.0 program, YANG has announced.
Ms. Pegoda's scholarship covers the price of tuition, class materials and meals, YANG said.
Leadership 2.0 is the premier post-graduate leadership and business skills education program designed to promote the development of the next generation of auto care leaders, according to YANG. It is an intensive two-week executive development and learning program that features well-known industry speakers and networking opportunities with auto care industry leaders.
The 2016-2017 Leadership 2.0 classes will be split into two sessions. Session I will be held Aug. 21-26 at the Northwood University campus in Midland, Mich., and the second will be held March 5-10 in Raleigh, N.C., it said.
Dipaco has been involved in the diesel parts aftermarket since 1948, and for the first 20 years focused its efforts on diesel engine parts. In the mid-1960s, the company began supplying fuel injector parts.
