BOWIE, Md. (June 21, 2016) — Federated Insurance, the Tire Industry Association's (TIA) preferred provider of business and workers' compensation insurance, is offering a free webinar, “Employee Handbook: A Living Document.”
The webinar, for TIA members, will be at 2 p.m. EDT on June 28, and will address how employee handbooks should communicate important polices and set expectations for employees, the association said.
Enquiron, as part of the Federated Employment Practices Network, will conduct the webinar, according to a TIA press release. Robin Taylor Symons, co-managing partner of the Gordon & Rees L.L.P., will lead the presentation.
It will reveal the best practices for creating an employee handbook, which policies to include and not include, and how to best revise your employee handbook when the time comes.
