LAS VEGAS (June 13, 2016) — Everything from tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) to improving sales and profits is addressed in the educational sessions at the upcoming 2016 Global Tire Expo—Powered by TIA (GTE).
The Tire Industry Association (TIA) is sponsoring the program Nov. 1-4 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
According to the tentative schedule released by the trade group, the education program at the GTE will begin Nov. 1 with “TPMS: Next Step in TPMS Diagnostics.” It will continue with “Truck Tires: Reinforced Shoulder Repairs in the Field” and “Successful Tire Dealers Share their Secrets.”
“Automotive Tire Service (ATS) Training Program” will lead off the educational sessions on Nov. 2, followed by “Truck Tires: The Facts about Torquing Wheels.”
The educational portion of the GTE will close the afternoon of Nov. 2 with “TIA's 2016 Legislative Review: The Issues that Affect You and How to Protect Your Bottom Line” and “Management: Improving Sales and Profits.”
