Owners of 2004-06 Chevy Avalanches, Silverados, Tahoes, TrailBlazers and TrailBlazer EXTs and GMC Envoys, Envoy XLs, Sierras, Yukons, Yukon Denalis, and Yukon XLs with manual air conditioning or heater-only systems may complain that their blower motor operates on low speed only, or not at all.
One likely cause, General Motors said, is a burnt blower motor resistor connector. Splicing a new-design connector, Part No. 15862656, into the existing harness should put an end to the trouble.
