An industry veteran, he has more than 25 years of experience in the original equipment and aftermarket automotive industries in the areas of engineering, technology and innovation. Mr. Eiffes joined Denso Products and Services Americas in 2007 as manager of product management, with the task of overseeing the electronics and sensors and fuel and electrical departments.
In addition to technical expertise, Long Beach-based Denso Products said Mr. Eiffes has “extensive experience as an administrator managing staff, training, financial resources, business development projects and strategic planning initiatives.
“He is known for his team-building, motivational and mentoring skills and his ability to create a collaborative environment where fresh ideas and excellence thrive.
Prior to joining Denso, Mr. Eiffes held management positions at Aria Group and Mitsubishi Motors North America Inc., and also owned and operated his own automotive aftermarket retail and wholesale company, Triple E Inc., under the name Champion Auto Parts.
He got his start in the industry as a project manager and editor with Chilton Book Co., known for its professional automotive service and repair manuals.
Along with maintaining his status as an ASE-certified master automotive service technician and other quality certifications through the American Society for Quality, Mr. Eiffes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in automotive technology with an emphasis in field service operations from Weber State University, according to Denso.
Denso Products' product line includes heavy-duty and automotive alternators, starters, oil, cabin and air filters, spark plugs, AC compressors, oxygen sensors, ignition wires, fuel pumps, fuel injectors and wiper blades.
The company supplies parts for original equipment service dealers, independent aftermarket service centers and retailers and, additionally, distributes heavy-duty diesel and electrical components, portable commercial air-conditioning units and industrial robots.
