ACPN to host Knowledge Exchange Conference

NEW ORLEANS (April 22, 2016) — The Automotive Content Professionals Network (ACPN) will host its 43rd Knowledge Exchange Conference in New Orleans May 15-18.

The ACPN is a segment of the Auto Care Association (ACA).

Industry executives who will make presentations at the conference include Stan Gowisnock, president and CEO, CARDONE Industries; Greg Henslee, president and CEO, O'Reilly Auto Parts; Mark Seng, IHS Automotive; Susan Unrey, executive director of customer experience, Tenneco Automotive Inc.; and Bill Hanvey, the ACA's president and CEO.

Awards ceremonies, a vendor trade show, a town hall and professional development sessions will round out the conference, the ACA said.

The ACPN is the only ACA segment devoted exclusively to the education and professional development of automotive catalog managers and product content professionals, according to the ACA. Its more than 250 members are all employed by ACA member companies, according to the association.
