HORSHAM, Pa. (March 29, 2016) — American Driveline Systems Inc. has engaged Salesforce.com Inc. to help generate more sales leads for franchisees of its AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care program.
Using Salesforce.com's customer relations management tools, American Driveline will be able to “dramatically increase the speed and efficiency with which we are able to assist our (AAMCO) franchise owners in analyzing their businesses and taking action to improve performance," said Jim Gregory, CFO of American Driveline and AAMCO Transmission Inc.

In collaboration with Salesforce partner CRM Science Inc., AAMCO was able to customize and deploy Service Cloud, Community Cloud and Analytics Cloud for its franchisees.
