OKLAHOMA CITY (March 15, 2016) — Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores has opened travel stops in Indiana, Colorado and Oklahoma, expanding the network of truck stops to more than 370 in 40 states.
Two of the three new locations — in Plymouth, Ind., and Burlington, Colo. — have a Love's Truck Tire Care center on site, Love's said, extending the network of Love's Travel Stops with tire service to more than 230.
The Plymouth and Burlington stops are located along U.S. Highway 30 in northwest Indiana and Interstate 70 in east central Colorado, respectively, while the third new stop, in Nowata, Okla., is located along U.S. Highway 169 in the north central part of the state.
“These three locations will serve customers along busy highways and interstates,” said Greg Love, co-CEO of Love's. “Opening three locations shows that we strive not only to listen to our Customers, but also to meet their needs. We are thrilled to serve our Customers in new ways.”
The travel stops feature showers, RFID cardless fueling and CAT scales. The Plymouth, Burlington and Nowat locations have 59, 73 and 38 truck-parking spaces, respectively. In addition, a 78-room Fairfield Inn & Suites will open adjacent to the Burlington travel stop this summer.
Love's is planning charitable donations at all three ribbon-cuttings planned for the week of March 14: $2,000 to the Boys & Girls Club of Nowata; $2,000 to Blessings in a Backpack in Plymouth; and an undisclosed donation the Burlington School District and the Prairie Family Center.
Love's now has 16 locations in Indiana, 11 in Colorado and 54 in Oklahoma.
Love's Travel Stops carry Aeolus, BFGoodrich, Bridgestone, Continental, Firestone, Goodyear, Michelin and Yokohama new tires and Michelin Retread Technologies-sourced retreads.
