PHILADELPHIA (March 10, 2016) — The Automotive Service Association and ASA-Pennsylvania will co-sponsor a management and technical service training seminar April 8-9 at the DoubleTree Airport Hotel in Philadelphia.
The seminar, “Profitability Secrets That Dramatically Build Your Bottom Line,” will be led by Bob Greenwood, president and CEO of Automotive Aftermarket E-Learning Center Ltd., the ASA said March 9.
Topics will include:
- Important formulas and business guidelines focusing on net income development;
- New approaches to meet staff competency, economic and technological requirements;
- Key daily measurements to ensure the shop is on track while simultaneously keeping staff focused on results; and
- The right sales with the right car count for your shop.
Among the speakers will be Donny Seyfer, co-owner of Seyfer Automotive Inc., on 21st-Century cooling system design; Scot Manna, owner of MB Automotive Inc., on logical, mass airflow and fuel trim diagnostics; and Bill Haas, president of Haas Performance Consulting, on customer care and communication.
