SAN DIEGO (March 8, 2016) — During the recent Off-The-Road Tire Conference in San Diego, a tire manufacturers' panel offered pros and cons on the U.S. government's effort to impose countervailing duties on OTR tires imported from China, India and Sri Lanka.
