Industry trade groups to host events at NACE/CARS

NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas (Feb. 11, 2016) — Multiple industry association meetings will be held during the NACE/CARS 2016 conference and exposition, Aug. 9-13 in Anaheim, Calif.

The annual NACE (International Autobody Congress and Exposition) and CARS (Congress of Automotive Repair and Service) are hosted by the Automotive Service Association (ASA).

A series of automotive repair industry events and co-located meetings are scheduled, including the Collision Industry Conference (CIC) quarterly meeting; a Collision Repair Education Foundation (CREF) golf fundraiser; and I-CAR add-on learning classes, I-CAR stage and demos.

Other participants include: Automotive Management Institute; Assured Performance Certified Network; Automotive Service Councils of California; CAA; Certified Collision Group; Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association (CIECA); National Auto Body Council; OEM Collision Repair Roundtable; and Society of Collision Repair Specialists (SCRS).

NACE/CARS said it expects to draw business owners, management and technicians interested in learning about the latest repair solutions, services, education, products and technology.
