Spotlight on Galaxy brand at World of Concrete

LAS VEGAS (Feb. 4, 2016) — Alliance Tire Group (ATG) is using its presence at the 2016 World of Concrete Show in Las Vegas to highlight its range of Galaxy-brand construction industry tires designed for the challenging environment of paving, building and demolition.

“The construction industry is a great place, especially in today's economy, for contractors who are versatile and efficient,” said Bruce Besancon, Alliance Tire Americas' vice president of marketing.

“Our Galaxy brand includes the tools to boost versatility, performance and profitability for our customers.”

Among the tires being shown at the event, which runs through Feb. 5 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, is the Galaxy Multi-Purpose Construction (MPC) tire, designed as an all-around performer on graders, loaders and telehandlers — applications where stability is important.

“The Giraffe XLW brings a new level of versatility to the telehandler market, recognizing that contractors are using telehandlers in a wide range of ways,” Mr. Besancon added.

“The sidewall stability and huge footprint of the Giraffe XLW address the specific demands faced by telehandler tires, while the tire's tread design works in both directions on any surface.

"It's a tire that will take a telehandler operator anywhere he wants to go, and keep him productive all day long.”

Other ATG tires spotlighted in the booth include the Galaxy Hulk and Jumbo Hulk, the Beefy Baby SDS and the Galaxy Trac Star ND.
