KYB hires 2, promotes 2

GREENWOOD, Ind. (Jan. 21, 2016) — KYB Americas Corp. recently filled two key sales positions and promoted two other members of its staff.

Automotive aftermarket veteran Aaron Shaffer was hired as KYB's business development manager covering key channel partners in the North America market.

KYB hired Randy Bowlen, a former U.S. Marine, as a territory sales manager for portions of the Central and Southern U.S. markets. Prior to his new role with KYB, Mr. Bowlen worked in the automotive aftermarket for an independent service provider.

Ricky Torres, who has been a key part of KYB's expansion in Indiana since the company hired him in 2013, was promoted recently to customer support manager. In his new role, he will oversee all activity of the firm's customer support department.

Ryan Dickerman recently was appointed north regional manager. Previously a KYB territory sales and customer support manager, Mr. Dickerman joined KYB in 2006. In his new position, he will coordinate all KYB territory managers and channel partner activities in the north region of the U.S.
