Goodyear declares common stock dividend

AKRON (Jan. 20, 2016) — Goodyear's directors have declared a quarterly dividend of 7 cents per share of common stock.

The dividend is payable March 1 to shareholders of record on Feb. 1. The payout represents an annual rate of 28 cents per share, according to the Akron-based tire maker.
