GREENWOOD, Ind.Ride control components manufacturer KYB Americas Corp. has named the winners of its Win with KYB Sweepstakes.
The promotion, which ran during September and October, offered automotive service provider owners the opportunity to win more than $50,000 in prizes, including a 2016 Toyota Tundra Limited pickup truck. Sweepstakes winners were notified in November. To enter, service providers registered their shops on KYB's contest website.
Jorge Ramirez of California Auto Repair in Van Nuys, Calif., the grand prize winner of the sweepstakes, recently picked out his Tundra pickup truck at a local Toyota dealership.
The Tundra is equipped with KYB shocks and is valued at more than $43,000, according to Greenwood-based KYB, which handed the keys to Mr. Ramirez Nov. 18 during an event in Van Nuys.
The two first prizes of a trip for two to the historic Indianapolis 500 race in May were awarded to Greg's Classic Auto in Durham, N.C., and Carwash Depot & Auto Repair in Ponchatoula, La.
