Wegmann intros 'MultiFit' wheel weights

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (Jan. 7, 2016) — Wegmann Automotive USA Inc. has introduced the Perfect MultiFit line of zinc clip-on wheel balance weights.

The company said use of the line can downsize inventories to only two clip styles: one weight for most steel rims and one weight for most alloy rims.

The Perfect MultiFit enables aftermarket businesses to reduce stock significantly while keeping SKU complexity to a minimum thus making installation, logistics and storage a quicker and more efficient process, Wegmann said.

The line has 22 part numbers with two weight series: Type 84U uncoated zinc weight for most steel rims and Type 63 coated zinc weight for most alloy rims.
