Murphy joins TBC as truck tire VP

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (Jan. 4, 2016) — TBC Corp. has hired Aaron Murphy, a long-time industry executive most recently with China Manufacturers Alliance, to be its vice president, commercial truck tire sales.

In this role, Mr. Murphy will be responsible for the continued development of truck tire sales in the wholesale, retail, OE and national account channels to support the growth initiatives of TBC Brands.

Mr. Murphy brings 20 years of industry experience to TBC, including the last several years with CMA, where he oversaw North American sales, marketing and operations. Prior to that he was vice president of commercial products for Del-Nat Tire Corp. and a territory manager for Bridgestone Americas.

TBC sells 18 private and import brands, more than half of which offer products in the medium/heavy truck tire sector.
