MCHENRY, Ill. (Dec. 22, 2015) — Brake Parts Inc. L.L.C.'s Raybestos Brakes brand has begun the restoration of a 1969 Ford Mustang Fastback that eventually will be given away at next fall's 2016 Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) in Las Vegas.
Fans can keep up with the progress of the build by following Raybestos on its special Facebook and Twitter social media platforms dedicated to the project.
“Car enthusiasts everywhere will be interested in seeing the evolution of the Raybestos 1969 Mustang Fastback and following its journey throughout North America in the coming year,” said Kristin Grons, marketing manager for Brake Parts.
“Seeing the progress of this true American classic from its ‘before' photos is already amazing. Just wait until it's complete and hits the road.”
