LEESBURG, Va. (Dec. 11, 2015) — The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) has elected Mike Durkin, general director, retail dealer channel, GM Customer Care & Aftersales for General Motors Co., as its board chairman for 2016.
The board also named: Jeff Walker, Walker's Automotive Service, Pleasantville, N.J., as vice-chair; Ted Hayes, Hayes Automotive, Lawrenceville, Ga., treasurer; and Tom Trisdale, Toyota Motor Sales USA, secretary.
Joining the ASE board of governors for 2016 are: Rafael Garcia, Hill Country European Autoworks in Austin, Texas; Mark Miller, GM; and Kevin Prettner, Honda Motor Co.
