BETHESDA, Md. (Dec. 2, 2015) — The Young Auto Care Network Group (YANG) of the Auto Care Association (ACA) is hosting a Regional Meet-Up event for young auto care professionals on Dec. 8 in Boston.
The event, which takes place from 6-9 p.m. at Jillian's/Lucky Strike next to Fenway Park, includes guest speaker Treavor Hill, vice president of the automotive aftermarket group Jefferies. He will deliver an overview of key trends impacting the industry, YANG said. In addition to the presentation, attendees will be able to network with peers and learn more about YANG member benefits.
Co-hosts and contributors to this event are Gem Auto Parts of Chelsea, Mass., and PartsTech Inc. of Cambridge, Mass.
This is the fourth event hosted by YANG since the Regional Meet-Up program launched in June of this year. YANG said these events provide local opportunities for young professionals to gain industry insights and build their networks without traveling far from home.
The event is open to both YANG members and non-members, and all professionals in the auto care industry under the age of 40 are encouraged to attend. Light snacks will be provided and door prizes will be awarded.
Those interested should RSVP online by Dec. 4. For more information, visit the YANG website or contact Courtney Hammer at [email protected].
