IRVINE, Calif. (Nov. 17, 2015) — Automotive test equipment and diagnostic reporting equipment supplier Innova Electronics Corp. has hired Jon Holder to be vice president of sales and marketing for its Innova tool business.
Prior to accepting his position with the company, Mr. Holder served as chief sales officer for K&N Engineering, a performance automotive filter manufacturer. In that role, he was responsible for all revenue production within K&N and developed and managed sales teams in the retail, distribution, e-commerce and international channels, Innova said.
Mr. Holder also was global vice president of sales for MagnaFlow, a manufacturer of performance exhaust and catalytic converters. He hired and developed a new sales team at that firm that increased sales across multiple channels, according to Innova.
In addition to his experience in the auto care industry, Mr. Holder has extensive experience in the healthcare and financial fields.
Mike Fitzgerald, executive vice president of sales and marketing for Innova, said that in Mr. Holder's role with the company, “Jon will be responsible for all tool sales to our customers as well as having responsibility for all the marketing activities of the Innova tool business. Jon's background makes him very qualified in multiple areas, and we expect Jon to bring a fresh and broad perspective to his new role.”
