Hunt's Tire Pros owner wins truck at AAPEX

LAS VEGAS (Nov. 17, 2015) — Federated Auto Parts awarded two vehicles during the Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) in Las Vegas to its members and customers, including the owner of Hunt's Tire Pros & Car Care.

Federated Car Care customer Les Hunt, owner of Hunt's Tire Pros in Baton Rouge, La., won a GMC Sierra 2500HD service vehicle, the grand prize in the Federated Car Care's 2015 “Need A Lift?” sweepstakes.

The decked-out truck, featuring a custom bed and a towing undercarriage, was featured on Two Guys Garage this season, as Kevin Byrd and Willie B customized the vehicle on air during the season. As an added bonus, the logo for Hunt's Tire Pros & Car Care is featured prominently on the side of the truck.

Mr. Hunt and his wife Charlene also received a trip for two to Las Vegas. Hunt's Tire Pros is a customer of Federated member B&B Automotive Warehouse.

In addition, Federated member Pat Blechschmidt of AED Inc. in Portland, Ore., was the recipient of a Federated Chevy City Express delivery vehicle. Members were eligible to win the delivery van by attending Automotive Warehouse Distributors Association meetings, as well as AAPEX, the firm said.

Both vehicles were on display during AAPEX in the upper lobby area of the Sands Expo and Convention Center, Federated said.
