COMPTON, Calif. (Nov. 13, 2015) — Truck, SUV and off-road performance products marketer 4 Wheel Parts has acquired a retail store in Virginia Beach, Va.

The location, formerly Atlantic AutoSports, brings to 72 the total of 4 Wheel Parts showrooms across the U.S. and Canada as the subsidiary of Transamerican Auto Parts continues an ambitious national retail expansion plan.

Atlantic AutoSports opened its doors in 2010, building “a reputation for excellent quality and service while touting the message, “We install it all,” 4 Wheel Parts said, adding that it will retain the store's “same expert staff.” The company also noted that the location “will continue to provide superior service and installation from the leader in the off-road performance aftermarket while customers will realize the benefits of a larger selection of products to choose from, shopping online or by phone and convenient in-store pick-up.”

The new 4 Wheel Parts location also will continue as an Adrian Steel dealer and installer, providing customers with “Work Ready” commercial van upfits.

“We are excited to introduce 4 Wheel Parts to Virginia Beach and the Mid-Atlantic region,” said Sam Cervantes, the company's director of store operations.

“There is an incredible passion for off-roading in the area and we are looking forward to interacting with the local community both in the store and out on the trails.”

4 Wheel Parts said the location has been slated for a complete renovation that will include a state-of-the-art showroom. “We're already planning for the new store remodel and this location, once transformed, will feature an industry leading environment where customers will have the opportunity receive expert advice and review products in our brand new interactive showroom,” Mr. Cervantes said.

The Compton-based company claims to have the nation's largest inventory of off-road tires, wheels, lift kits and accessories. In addition to 4 Wheel Parts, its parent firm's www.transamericanautoparts.com operation comprises Transamerican Wholesale sales and distribution, Dealer Services International and the Transamerican Manufacturing Group, which includes Smittybilt, Rubicon Express, G2 Axle & Gear, Pro Comp, LRG Wheels and Poison Spyder Customs.
