BUFFALO, N.Y.—Dunn Tire L.L.C. introduced an overnight vehicle drop-off option for consumers during the winter tire season at select stores.
The overnight tire service is currently being offered at the following New York locations: Amherst, Clarence, Blasdell, Camillus and DeWitt. Dunn Tire said the overnight services will be limited to tire changeovers and new tire installs and is available Nov. 2 through mid-December.
“We continually strive to provide our customers with world-class service,” said Robert Clark, managing director of retail operations at Buffalo-based Dunn Tire.
“As we prepare for the upcoming winter tire changeover period, we anticipate full schedules. This is our busiest time of the year. In an effort to provide service to as many customers as possible, we're offering an exclusive overnight drop off option.”
He said that Dunn Tire is confident this flexible service will help accommodate busy schedules, minimize wait times and differentiate its brand.
To use the overnight drop off service, Dunn is telling customers to call a participating location and schedule an appointment. Customers must arrive at the store by 6 p.m. to consult with a sales professional, evaluate vehicle condition and confirm services. Dunn Tire said vehicles will be ready for pickup the following morning one hour before regular store hours begin.
