BANGKOK, Thailand (Oct. 14, 2015) — Thailand's Otani Tire Co. Ltd., in collaboration with Dubai-based Zafco Trading L.L.C., brought key dealers from across the globe to Thailand for an incentive trip and business meetings Oct. 4-10.
Following a welcome dinner hosted by Zafco in the Amari Watergate Bangkok Hotel, dealers were taken the next day to Otani's state-of-the-art radial tire factory in Thailand to demonstrate its manufacturing and quality control processes.
“The key idea behind it was to understand the latest measures being taken for quality improvement and technological advancements,” Otani said.
“Taking care of the customers is always the utmost priority, be it in terms of product quality, marketing or technical services,” the company added.
Dealers also ventured from Bangkok for a sea trip to the province of Krabi where they participated in cruising, kayaking, swimming and sightseeing, according to Otani.
Ekachai Limpichotipong, director Otani Tire, called the dealer event “a breathtaking experience for our valuable customers,” noting the trip ended with everyone vowing “to keep increasing market share of Otani by collaborating with each other….”
