GenNx360 invests in supplier of 'slow moving' replacement parts

NEW YORK (Sept. 21, 2015) — Private equity firm GenNx360 Capital Partners is investing in Vintage Parts Inc., which supplies slow-moving replacement parts sourced from original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to OE-approved dealers and distributors.

New York City-based GenNx360 Capital Partners, which invests in middle market companies, said Beaver Dam, Wis.-based Vintage Parts is 100-percent aftermarket focused “and has partnerships with more than 60 OEMs in the automotive, construction, agriculture and trucking end markets.” The company operates 16 facilities and has more than 100 employees.

The transaction represents the fourth platform investment for GenNx360's Fund II. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Vintage Parts “has experienced significant growth, and plans to expand its services in existing as well as new end markets and partnerships,” according to GenNx360.

Founded in 2006, GenNx360 primarily focuses on opportunities in the industrial machinery and components, industrial services, oil and gas, logistics and supply chain solutions, agricultural, specialty chemicals and aerospace sectors.

Vintage Parts has exclusive agreements with leading OEMs including marquee manufacturers Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, General Motors Co., Ford Motor Co., American Honda Motors, Komatsu, John Deere, Caterpillar Inc. and Daimler.
