LONDON (Sept. 11, 2015) — The organizers of the 2016 Future Tire Conference, scheduled for May 24-27, 2016, in Essen, Germany, are calling for technical paper submissions from interested authors.
The conference will be held during the Reifen 2016 tire industry and Rubber Tech Europe rubber industry trade shows at the Essen Fair Grounds.
Topics for the conference include all areas of the supply chain, from research and development, the supply of materials and equipment, through to the design, manufacture and distribution of tires, according to Crain Communications Ltd., publisher of European Rubber Journal, a sister publication of Tire Business.
Crain/ERJ anticipate representatives of international associations, tire makers and their suppliers as well as automotive OEMs will discuss topics ranging from business trends in global tire markets to new advances in manufacturing and materials technologies. There will also be significant focus on regulatory developments and issues around sustainability.
