SALT LAKE CITYQuality Tire Co., a commercial dealership with locations in Montana and Utah, is joining the Michelin Commercial Service Network, a program designed to help fleets maximize uptime.
The addition of Quality Tire, a long-time Oliver-brand retreader, extends the Michelin Commercial Service Network to about 600 locations across the U.S., Michelin said.
Through this network, Michelin provides fleet customers with a comprehensive service package, including online reporting, ONCall 24/7/365 emergency road service, Michelin Tire Care preventive tire monitoring and access to skilled technicians and professional equipment.
Ralph Dimenna, chief operating officer for Michelin Americas Truck Tires Division, noted that, with a 30-year reputation for providing great service, Quality Tire has grown its business into a best-servicing dealer for our Northern Rockies fleet customers.
Family-owned Quality Tire operates commercial/retail locations in Salt Lake City, Orem and St. George, Utah, and Billings, Mont., with Oliver retread plants in Salt Lake City and Billings.
The Michelin Commercial Service Network program fits perfectly within our organization and aligns with our core value of providing our customers with exceptional service and value, said Quality Tire President Scott Hanson.
Quality Tire joins Jack's Tire & Oil as independent dealers in the Utah region in the Michelin program, according to the network's online dealer locator. The services are also offered through Love's Travel Stops and Boss Truck Shops Inc. locations in the area.
