WARREN, Mich.Robert Bosch L.L.C. has relaunched its North American website, pulling all Bosch diagnostic tools into one site with a new, mobile-responsive design.
The www.boschdiagnostics.com URL contains three separate websites, featuring DIY diagnostic tools (under the DIY tab), professional diagnostic tools (PRO) and crash data retrieval (CDR) tools. According to Bosch, each section features easier navigation, better performance and improved product search functionality for an enhanced user experience.
Technicians can find Bosch diagnostics tools in the PRO section, in addition to the firm's new ESI heavy-duty scan tool. Needed tools are easier to find and displayed categorically on the homepage.
The site also will store Bosch diagnostics webinars and training sessions for quick reference on technician training. Techs also can use the website to register and update their diagnostic tools and contact Bosch for any service or support needs.
Emergency personnel and accident investigators looking for Bosch's CDR tools will have access to a clean layout with information on all related tools and accessories, training sessions and a glossary, Bosch said.
The DIY section showcases Bosch's line of diagnostic and test-tune tools for the DIY buyer. The new line, available at O'Reilly Auto Parts stores nationwide, features six diagnostic tools for OBDI and OBDII, timing lights, multimeters, inspection scopes, compression testers and more.
