Trico picks up Subaru silver supplier recognition

ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. (July 20, 2015) — Trico Products Corp. recently received a silver rating in Subaru of America's supplier program.

Subaru of America, the automobile manufacturing division of Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd., implements an annual supplier rating program to monitor and improve the supplier base in order to maintain high quality products and service, Trico said in a news release.

Trico was rated in a series of categories — including marketing, engineering, quality, sourcing and supply. The firm said it received a 4.80 average rating out of 5.

“Subaru of America is constantly pushing its safety, quality and supply standards throughout all the facets of its business,” Dan Ehde, Trico's OES business unit director, said in a news release. “We take pride in providing them with innovative wiper product solutions and the customer service and marketing support they need to preserve these high values. We look forward to continuing this successful partnership for years to come.”

Trico manufactures wiper blade products and systems with major operations in Asia, Australia, North America, South America and Europe. The firm services automotive manufacturers and drivers worldwide.
