NAPERVILLE, Ill.A new website, AutoServiceJobs.com, has launched as a platform connecting automotive industry professionals with companies across the U.S.
The company said it aims to become the premier destination for mechanics, technicians, sales personnel, client advisers and other automotive industry professionals seeking employment opportunities.
The timing of the launch coincides with reports that the automotive industry is rebounding, with claims that more than 500,000 new automotive industry jobs were created over the past five years, according to AutoServiceJobs.com.
Employers can post jobs for free on AutoServiceJobs.com through the end of 2015. The cost of a job posting after Dec. 31 is $25 for 60 days.
Though we've still not reached pre-recession levels, there is a strong and increasing demand for automotive service staff and technicians, said John Azmy, AutoServiceJobs.com president.

AutoServiceJobs.com enables job seekers to search positions by keyword, job category, location and job type. Upon registration, job seekers can post their resume on the site and receive alerts for jobs matching their skills and qualifications.
Employer features include: real-time job posting capabilities, an employer profile, custom mini-site with logo and video, and an advanced applicant tracking system.
The company said applications can be received via email as well as routed to an employer's ATS.
Multiple job posting packages are available, along with syndication to popular sites such as SimplyHired, Indeed and Twitter.
AutoServiceJobs.com reported employers featured on the site include: Firestone Complete Auto Care; Tires Plus Total Car Care; Mitsubishi Motors North America Inc.; Hyundai Motor America; United Parcel Service of America Inc. (UPS); Hertz Corp.; Pep Boys-Manny, Moe & Jack; and others.
The automotive industry continues to be one of the nation's biggest employers, Mr. Azmy added.
