TAUNTON, Mass. (June 22, 2015) — Sullivan Tire and Auto Service has signed up Red Sox second baseman Dustin Pedroia for three more years as its ad spokesman.
The dealership began is relationship with Mr. Pedroia during the 2008 Red Sox season. The current agreement, which runs through 2018, includes his appearance in Sullivan Tire advertising on television, radio and in print media. The agreement also includes the second baseman making personal appearances at Sullivan Tire functions.
“We are thrilled to have Dustin on our team for another three years,” said Paul Sullivan, vice president of Sullivan Tire. “His strong work ethic, team spirit and family values represent the Sullivan Tire brand, and as avid Red Sox fans, we admire Dustin's determination and grit, each and every season.”
Mr. Pedroia signed the new agreement during a recent visit to Sullivan Tire's new 200,000-sq.-ft. distribution center in Taunton, where he also autographed a banner hanging in the warehouse marking the New England dealership's 60th year in business.
