Centric Parts hires financial planning VP

INDUSTRY, Calif. (June 15, 2015) — Centric Parts, an aftermarket brake components and chassis systems maker, has hired Cynthia Windle to fill the newly created position of vice president of financial planning and analysis (FP&A).

The company, which is based in Industry, said Ms. Windle will report directly to Estelle Cohen, the company's CFO, who said Ms. Windle “brings with her over a decade of experience in the FP&A field, which will benefit our company immediately.

“We know that she will make an immediate and invaluable impact on our financial department as well as benefiting our entire company as a whole as we continue to grow and expand our operations.”

Ms. Windle comes to Centric Parts with more than 10 years of experience in corporate finance, most recently serving as executive director, internal audit at International Rectifier Corp, (IRF) She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration, Master in Professional Accounting and Professional Program in Accounting degrees from the University of Texas at Austin, She also earned her Certified Public Accountant certification in Texas before moving to California to join Deloitte Tax L.L.P. as a tax consultant.

Centric Parts manufactures and supplies aftermarket brake and chassis components for passenger vehicles, light and medium duty trucks, fleet vehicles, high performance vehicles and race cars under the Centric, C-Tek, Posi Quiet, Fleet Performance and StopTech labels.
