NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas (June 15, 2015) — The Automotive Service Association (ASA) is conducting a survey on the usage of original equipment manufacturer service information websites by independent automotive service and repair shops.
The ASA is conducting the survey on behalf of the National Automotive Service Task Force (NASTF) to help the auto service industry understand how auto repairers find and utilize auto service information, according to ASA Chairman Donny Seyfer.
The survey contains 11 simple questions and can be completed in a few minutes, according to the said. The association hopes to gather all results by July 1, and will share them at a later date in its AutoInc. Magazine.
