AP Exhaust names CFO

GOLDSBORO, N.C. (May 11, 2015) — Keith Marchiando has been named chief financial officer (CFO) of automotive aftermarket parts supplier AP Exhaust Technologies L.L.C., effective this month.

Following the appointment of former Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. executive Chris Ostrander as CEO in February 2015, AP Exhaust said Mr. Marchiando's appointment “represents another key milestone in the transformation of AP Exhaust Technologies Inc.”

Mr. Marchiando joins AP Exhaust with more than 25 years of global finance experience, according to the company. Most recently he was CFO of Perceptron Inc., a publicly-traded global supplier of high technology measurement systems in Plymouth, Mich.

He previously held CFO roles at Carbon Motors, a start-up company developing the world's first purpose-built law enforcement vehicle, and Dura Automotive, a $2.5 billion Tier I and Tier II supplier to the automotive industry, AP Exhaust said.

He brings additional automotive experience from various finance roles he held at both Ford Motor Co. and the Dow Chemical Co.

AP Exhaust Technologies, founded in 1927, is a manufacturer and supplier of automotive, light truck and heavy-duty exhaust and emissions products under the AP, ANSA, Cherry Bomb, TruckEx, Xlerator and Silverline brands, among others.
