The Buffalo-based tire retailer's updated website offers an enhanced tire search function, accessible from any page. Users can filter and sort results by price, brand, warranty, rating, season or by available promotions and rebates.
According to Dunn Tire, the mobile site takes advantage of built-in mobile GPS technology, helping visitors quickly locate and contact the nearest Dunn Tire location to them.
“Our goal is to continually improve the customer experience both in our stores and online,” said Patrick Logue, managing director of retail operations, Dunn Tire. “We monitored how visitors were interacting with our website and listened to customer feedback. We then used this intelligence to drive the website design and new features.
