ATLANTA (Feb. 2, 2015) — Rubber recycler Lehigh Technologies Inc. has hired Glenn Denstaedt, section head of materials and testing development at Maxxis International-USA, to be its technical director for tires and industrial rubber.
Mr. Denstaedt has more than 20 years' experience in rubber compounding and materials development, according to Lehigh. In his new position, Mr. Denstaedt will support Lehigh's expansion into national and international tire and rubber markets, the company said.
Atlanta-based Lehigh describes itself as specialty materials company that produces recycled-rubber-based engineered raw materials called Micronized Rubber Powders designed to replace oil- and rubber-based feedstocks. The company produces two MRP product lines — PolyDyne and MicroDyne.
