This is the first in a series of YANG webinars called “YANG time” — an education program for young auto care professionals. The webinar series will feature career development topics like networking, the general make-up and opportunities to get involved in the auto care industry and how to be a leader.
“Education is key to a successful future for any individual, but especially for those of us that are young and are still in the beginning of our careers,” said Michael Rukov, YANG Advisory Council chairman.
“We are excited to offer highly professional speakers, industry insiders and top leaders with topics that are important to all of us.”
YANG previously hosted the Young Professionals Program at AAPEX in Las Vegas, where more than 100 industry professionals attended “Networking for Your Future," presented by topic expert Allison Graham of ElevateBiz.
Registration for “When Business Meets Social” is complimentary and available by clicking here. More information also is available on the ACA's website or by calling Courtney Hammer at 240-333-1067 or emailing her at [email protected].
The ACA describes YANG as “a movement providing auto care professionals under the age of 40 the opportunity to network with industry peers, enhance knowledge and improve leadership capabilities.”
The group was formed “with a desire to help young professionals establish a circle of peers to grow with alongside their careers. Participants are future executive level staffers of the auto care industry that see the value in establishing connections with other young professionals that will one day be business owners and key decision makers,” according to Bethesda-based ACA.
