HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. (Dec. 10, 2014) — Point-of-sale systems provider  Andreoli & Associates Inc. has launched a website that allows users to review and compare point-of-sale software.

The new site provides extensive software overview videos and unveils a new company logo and look, according to the company.

“Tire shop and auto service dealers are using the Web more than ever to investigate replacement point-of-sale software and want to do so with anonymity,” said Mike Andreoli, president of A&A.

“With the new site, dealers can ‘window shop', while giving us the opportunity to share our story of consultative sales.”

On the new site, interested dealers will first engage with someone from the company's technical support team when requesting more information.

“We have gotten very positive feedback from clients who have worked with our support staff during the evaluation phase.  It changes the dynamic from selling to consulting,” Mr. Andreoli added.

Carmen Lesieur, of Nashua, N.H.-based Maynard & Lesieur Inc., has been involved with the evaluation process of the website, according to an A&A press release.

“We had a lot of specific questions and their support team was involved in making sure they understood what we wanted to accomplish,” Ms. Lesieur said. “We never felt pressured.”

The company said it now offers a 30-day “test drive” of the software at no obligation.

“We have always been a consultative sales-oriented company,” Mr. Andreoli said. “Involving our support staff and offering a trial version of the software demonstrates our commitment to ensure we are a good fit for a dealer.”
