The dealership has budgeted $2.5 million to build and equip the facility, which is located on a four-acre plot of land on a frontage road adjacent to I-410 near the San Antonio International Airport.
The dealership, a predominantly Michelin-affiliated business, broke ground on the location in September.
In business since 1968, Houston-based Beasley also has stores in Houston and Kenedy, Texas, operating 28 service vehicles with 81 employees at its three locations.
Bob Beasley, son of founder E.B. Beasley, took over the business in 2001 after the elder Mr. Beasley's death and has grown the business to its current size and scope.
Beasley Tire derives about 90 percent of its annual revenue from commercial business — including its Michelin Retread Technologies retreading business — and 10 pecent from retail.
Beasley Tire also handles BF Goodrich-, Bridgestone-, Firestone- and Cooper-brand tires.
