MILWAUKEE (Nov. 25, 2014)  — ARI Network Services Inc. President & CEO Roy W. Olivier will make a presention at the LD Micro Investor Conference on Thursday, Dec. 4, at the Luxe Hotel in Los Angeles.

The presentation by Milwaukee-based ARI — a software, website and data solutions provider in selected vertical markets including the automotive tire and wheel aftermarket — is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. (Pacific Time). It will be webcast live and may be accessed at the conference website or at ARI's investor relations website.

LD Micro is a by-invitation only newsletter firm focusing on finding undervalued companies in the micro-cap space. Since 2002, the firm has published an annual list of recommended stocks as well as comprehensive reports on select companies throughout the year. According to ARI, LD Micro concentrates on finding, researching and investing in companies that are overlooked by institutional investors.

Also presenting at the conference will be executives from business management systems developer MAM Software Group Inc.

ARI recently acquired TCS Technologies, a provider of software, websites and digital marketing services designed exclusively for dealers, wholesalers, retreaders and manufacturers within the automotive tire and wheel vertical.

In 2013 ARI acquired 50 Below Sales & Marketing Inc., a provider of eCommerce websites to the tire and wheel aftermarket, after acquiring in  November 2012 the assets of 50 Below's retail division, which included more than 3,500 dealer websites. That move more than doubled the size of ARI's website business.
