“Her leadership, high ethical standards and the professional demeanor she carries with her in all aspects of her day-to-day work make her a very deserving recipient of this prestigious recognition.”
Ms. Bullis joined Bridgestone in 2006 after earning her associate degree in automotive technology at Dakota County Technical College. As lead technician at the Minnetonka Firestone store, Ms. Bullis has received numerous awards for exceptional customer service and productivity, Bridgestone said, in addition to her being an Automotive ASE Master Technician with L1 certification.
“We are pleased that Jamie Bullis has been named BSRO ASE tech of the year,” said Tim Zilke, president and CEO, the National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence.
“Her contributions both to BSRO and her community are exactly what we look for in our winners. Jamie is a great role model for other women working as techs in this industry, and it's fantastic to recognize her for her efforts.”
Ms. Bullis is a proud mother and an active member in her community. Bridgestone said. Her husband also works for BSRO as a service manager at a nearby location. In her free time, Ms. Bullis volunteers with her local Toys for Tots charity, participates in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and assists in the local Loaves and Fishes program, a national charitable organization that helps feed those in need.
