Marangoni salutes its military vet employees

MADISON, Tenn. (Nov. 11, 2014) — For the nationwide celebration of Veterans' Day, Marangoni Tread North America Inc. took time out today to salute its employees who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces.

Among those veterans Madison-based Marangoni honored within its ranks are: Bill Sweatman, president and CEO, who served in the U.S. Marines; Jason Quick, a Marangoni maintenance technician (U.S. Marines); Roderick Anderson, shift supervisor (U.S. Marines); Ben Griffith, parts supply (U.S. Navy); Joe Coleman, safety and environmental coordinator (U.S. Army); Bruce Spicer, manufacturing (U.S. Army); and Giampaolo Brioschi, product marketing manager (NATO Alliance).

In addition to honoring its own, Marangoni made a $2,000 donation to Wounded Warrior Project (WWP), which serves veterans and service members who incurred a physical or mental injury, illness or wound co-incidental to their military service on or after Sept. 11, 2001, and their families.

Marangoni supplies technology, products, equipment, technical services and commercial support for independent retreaders and commercial tire dealers throughout North America.
