WASHINGTON (Nov. 10, 2014) — The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) have released a 2015 Fuel Economy Guide.
The publication is designed to give consumers a practical guide to choosing the most fuel-efficient and low-emission cars on the market, according to the EPA and DOE.
Readers of the 2015 Guide will find a greater number of fuel-efficient and low-emission vehicles than ever before, the agencies said. The guide provides “Best-in-Class” lists to help consumers find the most fuel-efficient advanced-technology vehicles in segments ranging from two-seaters to large pickup trucks, as well as the most fuel-efficient gasoline- and diesel-powered vehicles, they said.
A complete version of the guide and details on fuel economy labels can be found on the agencies' fuel economy website and, for mobile devices, by clicking here.
