Cooper declares quarterly dividend

FINDLAY, Ohio (Nov. 5, 2014) — Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has declared its 171st consecutive quarterly dividend.

The Findlay-based tire maker said a dividend of 10.5 cents per share on common stock will be payable Dec. 30 to stockholders of record at the close of business Dec. 4.
