    FORT MILL, S.C. (Oct. 20, 2014)—Continental Tire the Americas L.L.C. recently launched its Conti360° Fleet Services website, www.conti360fleet.com which provides truck national account customers one-touch access to all contracted services, such as emergency road services, tire performance monitoring and fleet tire education.

    Continental said it has been offering national account pricing, emergency road services, truck tire performance monitoring and fleet tire education for some time, but fleets were driven to various websites to access each. With the Conti360° Fleet Services website, customers can access all Continental benefits at once.

    “We know today's fleets are busier than ever, which is why it was important to create a one-touch access website that can also be accessed from a mobile device,” said Alex Chmiel, Continental's director of marketing for truck tires in the Americas.

    “We hope the new site will save our customers valuable time and serve as a convenient way to access information, helping to keep their fleets running smoothly and efficiently.”

    Features of the website include:

    • Invoices, credits and sales history of Continental truck tire purchases;
    • Online truck tire training modules and interactive learning courses from the Engage360 Training program;
    • TrukFix emergency road service reporting, showing services by date and an analysis of wheel positions and average downtime; and
    • Truck tire performance reports from Conti's ContiTrac2 fleet-monitoring tool, which provides snapshots of a fleet's tire usage, mileage performance, air pressure analysis, scrap pile analysis, warning reports and loss estimates due to improper maintenance conditions.

    Continental said it plans to add other functions to the website in the near future, including online ordering of truck tires, an online warranty reporting tool and a management system for ContiTread retreads.

    All truck national account customers previously registered with ContiLink have been automatically migrated to the new Conti360° Fleet Services website. Customers should visit Conti's Fleet Services website www.conti360fleet.com to access their account. Existing truck national account customers who do not have an account may register online at www.conti360fleet.com or contact their sales representative.
