WAKEFIELD, Mass.—Alliance Tire Americas has named James (Jim) Clark the company's president, effective Oct. 15.
Mr. Clark, who will be based at the firm's Wakefield headquarters, succeeds Manny Circero, who left the helm in May.
Alliance Tire said Mr. Clark has held leadership positions with global companies including General Electric, United Technologies and Verint Systems. Most recently, Mr. Clark was managing director of Dunes Point Capital in Rye, N.Y.
“Jim's combination of management experience and strong customer focus will help us fulfill our goal of becoming one of the world's top three manufacturers of agricultural, forestry and construction tires in the years to come,” said Yogesh Mahansaria, founder and CEO of the Alliance Tire Group, which is the parent company of Alliance Tire Americas.
