CHICAGO (Oct. 7, 2014) — Valspar Corp.'s PlastiKote brand will reward some loyal Facebook fans with a free PlastiKote truck bed liner kit during Fall Car Care Month in October.
“If this winter is anything like last year, protecting your truck bed liner before severe weather hits is a proactive way to protect your vehicle investment,” said Katie Whiting, product manager, aerosols for Valspar. “As a way to celebrate Fall Car Care Month and thank PlastiKote fans on Facebook, we decided to run our popular PlastiKote Free Truck Bed Liner Kit contest in October.
“All you need to do is ‘Like' PlastiKote on Facebook, enter the contest and you could be a winner.”
The contest ends Oct. 27. Participants can get extra entries by sharing the contest with friends. Valspar said winners will each receive one free PlastiKote kit that includes a gallon of truck bed liner paint, roller frame and cover, scuff pad, roller tray and brush. One gallon of PlastiKote covers a full size pick-up bed, according to the company.
