CINCINNATI—Tire Discounters Inc. is expanding its management team with four additions and two promotions to support its ambitious growth plans of opening 12 stores and remodeling several others during the next 12 months.
Newly hired are:
c Enrique Sanders, regional manager, has 23 years industry experience, including stints with an auto dealer, Goodyear and TBC Corp.
c Abbey Dryden, vice president of communications, has worked with Procter & Gamble and Luxottica Retail North America.
c Adam Hudak, controller, previously worked with VRI, Contech Engineered Solutions and United Way.
c Mike Symon, senior director of market research and analytics, has a background in retailing (Target, Supervalu), market research (Nielsen) and CPG (Perfetti van Melle).
Promoted were:
c Rafe Barber to director of sales, previously was regional manager overseeing the company's expansion into the greater Nashville, Tenn., area.
c Forry Hargitt to director of training and operations, previously was director of sales and operations.
