"The tire review contest really motivates everyone to interact with our customers and get the most feedback after their purchase,” said Greg Terrell, owner of Harris Tire, which also flies the “Tune Up Plus” flag.
“Net Driven has been great to work with and it's been a successful partnership since we switched our websites for Harris Tire and Tune Up Plus to their program,” he said. “We look forward to our future success together.”
To qualify for the contest, Net Driven said a customer's review must pass the evaluation of the company's quality assurance team, meaning that the review must be relevant to purchasing tires, whether the review is good or bad.
The Tire Reviews contest is advertised both online and offline with promotional materials provided by Net Driven. Shops have counter advertisements about the contest in the sops and have website banners online to encourage customers to participate.
“We are constantly developing new ways to help our customers thrive, and the Tire Reviews contest is one way we are driving more business straight to our dealers' doors,” said Scranton-based Net Driven's founder and CEO Patrick Sandone III.
The next winner will be announced in October.
